By: Bill Brown Artists from all over Southern Utah are banding together to create'something rather unique in this area. Dubbed Central Park Art, the concept resembles a permanent indoor art'show, complete with grass and trees. Kim Topalian, mastermind of the project, said it is not a new concept, and there are many precedents of artist co-ops in areas with high concentrations of artists.
